Sales Account Manager - Construction

Location: Ashton-under-Lyne

Salary: £35k basic + OTE c£50k+


Are you a driven, motivated salesperson who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and winning business? Interested in being part of a successful, growing materials supplier with ambitious plans for expansion?

Working for a true industry leader, we’re looking for a Sales Account Manager focused on managing and developing relationships with installers across the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Contacting existing customers
  • Promoting products
  • Maximising order values
  • Identifying new sales opportunities
  • Providing product support and training
  • Occasional customer visits

Requirements

  • Previous experience within construction, building supplies, trade counter, or a similar industry
  • A genuine passion for sales and achieving targets
  • Confident and comfortable speaking to customers over the phone
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Motivated by earning potential and career progression
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and driven
