Leeds City Centre | Permanent | £34,000 - £36,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission
Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 5:30pm (early finish every Friday)

The role
This is a business development role where you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities and managing existing client portfolio.
You will build relationships with key decision makers, understand business needs and provide tailored solutions that create long-term commercial partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision makers
- Conduct telephone, video and face-to-face client meetings
- Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM system
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets
What we’re looking for

- Previous sales or business development experience
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- A consultative and solution-focused approach
- Confidence speaking with business decision makers
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and working to targets
- Good IT skills and experience using CRM systems
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive, positive and commercially driven attitude
