What role will you play?

In this role, you will actively drive the new business growth and expansion of our software business with our customers in Food & Beverage and Consumer Packaged Goods in the UK. Our goal is to consistently inspire customers with innovative, digital solutions – and we achieve this together, agilely, and with a clear focus on added value.

  • You systematically analyze the market, observe technological trends, and develop concrete approaches to expand our customer portfolio within your named account business.
  • Based on these insights, you develop customer-specific sales strategies and introduce new, future-oriented solutions from our constantly growing portfolio into the customer's existing system landscape, ensuring they align with the unique needs of the Food & Beverage and Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
  • You act as a competent contact person at all levels – including C-level – and represent our topics with clarity, conviction, and entrepreneurial acumen.
  • In close collaboration with the customer and our interdisciplinary teams, you develop tailored solutions for engineering and production environments, including all relevant domains.
  • You guide the customer through the entire decision-making process, clearly explain the concrete benefits, and drive projects with the necessary persistence to successful completion.
  • Throughout the entire sales cycle, you take on the role of orchestrator: You coordinate all internal and external stakeholders – from PreSales to Service to R&D – and ensure that we act as a strong, agile team.

  • You know the business: You are familiar with the value creation processes of the Food & Beverage and Consumer Packaged Goods industry you know the global trends of the industry and can evaluate the individual needs of your customers in international competition based on these.
  • You speak the industry's language: With in-depth knowledge of processes and applications in the Food & Beverage and Consumer Packaged Goods industry – from the first development step to finished production – you act confidently.
  • You are a sales personality: You have experience in sales within the Food & Beverage and Consumer Packaged Goods industry, ideally with enterprise software solutions.
  • You are passionate about good ideas: As a creative, committed personality, you think entrepreneurially, look beyond the obvious, and find smart solutions for every challenge.
  • You can win people over: With tact and persuasiveness, you build sustainable relationships – especially at C-level, you will be valued as a partner on equal footing.
  • You are a team player: You enjoy working closely with colleagues from sales, PreSales, service, and development – and know that we only succeed together.

Our Benefits & Rewards

The total cash compensation range for this position is £82.200 to £164.400 with 50% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target (100% achievement). The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
