We're partnering with a global engineering and manufacturing organisation

We're partnering with a global engineering and manufacturing organisation that delivers innovative, high-performance solutions into some of the world's most advanced aerospace and industrial markets. They're looking for a commercially minded Sales Account Manager to join their expanding team and help strengthen long-term customer relationships while driving sustainable growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business where you'll work closely with an established customer base, identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts rather than relying on cold sales. You'll support customers throughout the sales process, respond to RFQs/RFTs, assist with bids and quotations, and work alongside senior business development leaders to deliver strategic commercial opportunities.

Your responsibilities

  • Build and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify cross-selling and account growth opportunities within your customer portfolio.
  • Respond to RFQs/RFTs, preparing quotations and supporting bid submissions.
  • Work closely with the Senior Business Development Manager on larger commercial opportunities.
  • Understand customer requirements and coordinate with engineering, operations and commercial teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM while supporting ongoing account reviews and forecasting.
  • Research customers and market trends to uncover new opportunities within existing accounts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
