Sales Account Manager
We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, managing key accounts, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets and customer segments.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and commercial opportunities.
- Develop and implement business development and sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
- Manage relationships with new and existing key accounts, ensuring strong customer retention and long-term commercial partnerships.
- Lead commercial discussions, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts with prospective clients.
- Analyse market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Set and work towards sales, revenue, and account growth targets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular pipeline, revenue, and business development reports to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activity within the CRM system.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and other internal teams to develop effective customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional products, services, or commercial solutions.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, presentations, networking events, and industry activities.
- Support the development of pricing, commercial proposals, and go-to-market strategies.
- Build a strong understanding of our products, services, customers, and competitive landscape.

Previous experience in sales account management, business development, or furniture/bed manufacturing sales is essential. Experience dealing with retailers, wholesalers, e-commerce businesses, or trade customers within the furniture industry would be advantageous.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, good commercial awareness, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts in a busy environment.
