As Account Manager, you'll own the full new business sales cycle, targeting mid-market and enterprise clients with the company's portfolio of cloud, infrastructure, and managed IT services.
- Identify, target, and win new clients across mid-market and enterprise segments
- Own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting through to contract close
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and networking
- Engage senior IT decision-makers including CIOs, IT Directors, and CISOs
- Develop and present strategic account plans tailored to client needs
- Lead complex contract negotiations and structure multi-year service agreements
- Track and report on pipeline activity, metrics, and revenue forecasts
- Cross-sell and expand revenue within accounts once won
Skills & Experience
- Minimum one year of B2B technology sales experience, ideally within IT reseller, cloud, or professional services
- Demonstrated track record of winning new business
- Experience selling to IT decision-makers at a senior level
- Consultative sales approach with strong negotiation skills
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to manage a full sales cycle independently
- Knowledge of service delivery models and IT infrastructure management is desirable

- Base salary £40,000 - £45,000 with 10%-15% uncapped commission (OTE circa £70,000 in year one, rising to £125,000 in year two)
