This is a full-time, on-site Sales Account Manager role located in Grangemouth. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for:

- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Managing accounts
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
Tasks include:
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Generating leads
- Managing client communications
The role involves strategic account management, tracking sales performance, and collaborating with internal teams to meet clients' needs while achieving revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to deliver high-quality support and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience in Account Management and Lead Generation to effectively nurture existing accounts and generate new opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with clients and internal stakeholders professionally
- Proven ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in steel or industrial manufacturing industries is a plus
