Sales Account Manager
Location: London (Fitzrovia)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
OTE: £60,000 - £70,000
Build Relationships. Drive Revenue. Create Growth
We're looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Sales Account Manager to join our growing sales team based in Central London. You will be joining a fast-growing PropTech and so experience in Estate Agency, Property Sales or Sales Progression is needed. This is not a traditional account management role.
We're not looking for someone to sit behind a desk responding to customer service requests or managing reactive enquiries. This is a high-energy, phone-based sales role where you'll spend your day speaking with business decision-makers and driving commercial growth.
You'll inherit a portfolio of existing B2B partners and be responsible for developing those relationships, increasing engagement, generating additional revenue, and identifying new commercial opportunities. Alongside this, you'll proactively win new business through outbound prospecting.
If you enjoy building relationships but are motivated by targets, commercial conversations, and closing opportunities, this role offers the perfect balance of account growth and new business development.
As part of a rapidly growing business group, you'll also have the opportunity to work across multiple products and services, providing excellent career development and progression.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
