About the Role

Ready to take the next step in your sales career?

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused sales professional who is ready to grow into an Account Manager role and build their commercial capability. If you've gained experience in sales support, account coordination, customer success, business development, or another customer-facing role and are looking for greater ownership, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your career.

Working with market-leading mission-critical communications, control room, and radio communications solutions, you'll support customers across the region, including emergency services, public safety agencies, utilities, transport providers, and government. You'll learn to manage customer relationships, identify opportunities, and help connect customers with technology that enables organisations to communicate when it matters most.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Assist with quotations, proposals, tenders, and commercial discussions, building your capability in each area over time.
  • Manage your sales activities and pipeline using CRM, maintaining accurate customer information, forecasts, and opportunity records.
  • Use CRM data and customer insights to recognise trends, prioritise follow-up activity, and support informed sales decisions.
  • Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events, and partner activities.
  • Travel throughout the region, as required, to strengthen customer relationships and support business growth.

You may have experience in sales support, account coordination, customer success, inside sales, business development, or a similar customer-focused position. Experience within telecommunications, radio communications, public safety, mission-critical communications, networking, or another technology environment would be advantageous, but it isn't essential. More important is your interest in technology and your willingness to learn.

You're comfortable using CRM systems, or keen to develop your capability, and understand the importance of accurate customer information, consistent follow-up, and maintaining a well-managed sales pipeline.

Above all, you're proactive, eager to learn, and ready to step into an Account Manager position where you'll be supported to build your confidence, commercial skills, and technical knowledge within a collaborative and high-performing team.
