Your Responsibilities

  • Order processing and handling
  • Monitoring order progress and delivery dates
  • Close collaboration with work preparation, production, and logistics
  • Reviewing incoming inquiries and providing price information
  • Telephone customer support
  • Handling complaints
  • Management of key accounts

Your Profile

  • Commercial education or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Assertiveness, strong persuasive skills, and negotiation ability
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and resilient
  • Knowledge of the metal or logistics industry is desirable
  • Additional language skills are an advantage
