Spirit Clothing 2000 Ltd. is a leading, family-run clothing manufacturer with over 40 years of experience in designing, developing, and producing womenswear. Based in SE1 London, the company offers a wide range of woven and jersey garments for major retailers, focusing on sustainable fabrics and competitive pricing. The Head Office houses Sales, Merchandising, and Design teams, supported by an in-house sample room where designers, pattern cutters, and machinists ensure high-quality development and fit samples. Spirit also operates a hub office in Ho Chi Minh City, working closely with factories in Vietnam and an on-the-ground QC team to maintain strict production standards. Its client portfolio includes brands such as Nobody’s Child, Oliver Bonas, Whistles, Monsoon, Phase Eight, and Albaray.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requesting price information on fabrics & trims
  • Setting up costing sheets and inputting correct information ready to be signed off by HOS
  • Managing customer development sample tracker sheets
  • Support sales & design team by sourcing fabric/trims and creating fabric packs to submit to the customer
  • Build rapport with customers by popping into their offices/phone conversations
  • Support in co-ordinating wholesale samples to meet customer deadlines
  • Support with ordering fabric sampling/trims for development samples
  • Lab dip & strike off management - ie. Preparing and submitting to the relevant teams and approved on time to maintain critical path dates
  • Create dockets and fabric & trim POs using our company’s PLM system
  • Managing the critical path of orders with the use of the company’s software to ensure key dates are maintained to avoid delivery delays
