Sales Administration Support
12-Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Luton Service Centre, Dunstable, LU5 5TA
Are you looking for your next development opportunity within DHL Express? We have an exciting 12-month fixed term contract opportunity for an ambitious and customer-focused colleague to join our Sales team as a Sales Administration Support.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, solving problems, supporting sales growth, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
The Role
As a Sales Administration Support colleague, you'll play a key role in supporting our sales operation and managing relationships with existing customers. You'll work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure a high-quality experience while identifying opportunities to grow customer accounts and drive business success.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing day-to-day relationships with existing customer accounts
- Supporting the growth and development of customer business portfolios
- Providing comprehensive sales and administrative support
- Resolving customer queries and issues efficiently
- Managing and coordinating operational issue resolution
- Processing stock requests and new item set-ups
- Supporting sales and marketing initiatives, including custom catalogues and promotional programmes
- Preparing and managing purchase agreements
- Conducting basic data analysis and reporting
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintaining accurate customer data within Oracle and Salesforce systems
- Working independently on a variety of projects and initiatives while supporting wider business objectives

Essential Skills
What We're Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service focus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a busy environment
Experience & Qualifications
- GCSE Grade A-C (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Experience within sales support, administration, customer service, account management or a similar environment would be advantageous
