Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Preston, focused on sales, administration, and website development. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Handling customer inquiries
- Processing orders
- Managing sales documentation
- Supporting the sales team with quotations and follow-ups

The role involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams, and providing efficient customer service. In addition, the position includes:

- Updating and managing website content
- Assisting with online product listings
- Ensuring that digital information is clear, accurate, and up to date
The successful candidate will contribute to growing sales, improving customer satisfaction, and enhancing DFJ Automotive Ltd’s online presence.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to support lead generation, order processing, and account development.
- Ability to deliver Training to colleagues or customers on products, systems, or processes as needed.
- Competence in general administration, data entry, and document management.
- Basic to intermediate website management skills (e.g., CMS use, content updates, product listing management).
- Good IT proficiency, including MS Office or similar tools, and the ability to learn new software systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Previous experience in automotive, commercial vehicles, or related technical sectors is an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to work on-site in Preston and collaborate effectively within a small, dedicated team.
