Location: Bridgwater - Head Office | Full-time, Permanent | Salary Range: £25,929.40 per annum + Benefits

What We Do

STEF Langdons delivers chilled and frozen food to almost any location across the UK and Ireland within 24 hours, supported by 12 depots and a fleet of over 500 vehicles.

The Role

As a Sales Administration Assistant, you’ll support the Sales Team with day-to-day administration and customer enquiries, helping to keep orders, payments and customer records accurate and on track.

  • Respond to customer enquiries
  • Process credit checks and payments
  • Prepare estimates and quotations
  • Work closely with depot colleagues to ensure orders are set up and fulfilled correctly

You’ll also help maintain company systems and processes, support projects and communications, and ensure information is handled accurately and confidentially.

What You’ll Need

  • Level 2 qualification in Business Administration or Customer Service, or equivalent
  • Experience in a team-based office environment, ideally customer-facing
  • Good Microsoft Office and IT skills, including working with data
  • Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills
  • Good numeracy and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines
  • Confidence to use initiative, resolve issues and challenge discrepancies appropriately
  • Calm, professional approach when dealing with customers and difficult situations
  • A collaborative, team-focused approach

Available Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00, 37.5 hours per week.
