Sales Administration Manager (Full-time - Maternity Cover) – Telford

We operate 3 franchise dealerships across Shropshire representing 4 manufacturers’ car, and van brands.
Position
We are looking for a Sales Administration Manager to join our team based at our Telford dealership.
Previous experience working in a motor trade sales administration environment is desirable. The role is to provide support to the Sales Administration Team and Sales Management team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Ensuring all documentation and data relating to a vehicle sale is accurately completed and recorded on time and filed securely once complete.
- Ensuring that all manufacturer policies and procedures are fully complied with.
- Vehicle ordering and registration/taxation through multiple manufacturers' systems.
- Creating and maintaining full and accurate vehicle stock and customer records and reports.
- Sales team support and communication.
- Leading and supervising Sales Administration team, including training of staff, offering support when needed and approving annual leave requests.
- Working in partnership with Sales Management team to ensure all requirements are fulfilled in an accurate and timely manner.
- The ability to stay calm.
- Good communication skills.
- Be able to prioritise a busy and demanding workload.
- IT literate and have good computer skills, i.e., Microsoft packages.

Hours of work
Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm (flexibility is essential).
