Meadow Consultants Ltd, Chartered Building Surveyors, are seeking a part-time Sales Administrative Assistant to join our expanding, multi-disciplined surveying team based in Taffs Well, Cardiff.
This is an administrative role supporting enquiries received organically; it does not involve cold-calling, lead generation or outbound sales.
The Role Will Primarily Involve:
- General office duties
- Data entry, and maintenance of databases
- Preparing accurate residential survey quotations from information supplied through incoming enquiries
- Setting up Residential Reports and online desktop reviews
- Proof reading/quality checking of reports and dispatch to clients
- Making and answering general telephone calls
- Laise and arrange appointments for our surveying team with Policyholders & Clients
- Working alongside the Office Manager and Surveyors

The Candidate Should Possess the Following Attributes:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work without supervision and manage workload
- An enthusiastic approach to work
- Drive and ambition
- Be fully IT literate
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Experience using GoReport or Sprift would be advantageous but not essential.

Hours:
- Part Time (25 hours per week. Between hours of 9 -5pm, Mon-Fri).
- Flexible, Hybrid role
Salary:
- £13.00 - £13.50p/h depending on experience
Contract:
- Initial temporary 6-month contract, with possible progression to permanent status.
