The Role

Are you looking for the opportunity to further develop your career as a Sales Administrative Assistant looking within a fast-moving environment? In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing dedicated administrative and operational support to the Senior Account Manager and wider Sales Team, ensuring efficient order processing, customer communication, and sales coordination to contribute to the success of client accounts and business growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Senior Account Manager and Sales Team
  • Manage and input sales orders accurately into internal systems
  • Liaise with internal departments (design, production, warehouse) to track orders and deliveries
  • Assist in the preparation of sales documents such as order confirmations, product specs, and line sheets
  • Chase production sample approvals
  • Follow up on fit comments and action costings where required
  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate sample and bulk orders
  • Update customer records and manage databases
  • Conduct basic market and customer research to support sales strategy
  • Assist in preparing for customer presentations

Your Experience

  • Preferable completed a Fashion related Course/Degree
  • Have had minimum 1-year experience in Retail/Wholesale
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent organisation, coordination and communication skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Fashion experience and a good eye for product.
  • Proactive and uses initiative
  • To understand systems, particularly PLM systems (Product Lifestyle Management)
