Express Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established market-leader in the construction sector, as they search for a Sales Administrator to join their fun and friendly team.
The successful candidate will be looking to develop a long-term career, with an interest in the manufacturing/construction sector, with full training provided.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and customer support to the internal sales team, including handling enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and managing aftercare
- Maintain accurate records across CRM and internal systems, ensuring all customer interactions, updates, and documentation are correctly logged and followed up
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by responding to enquiries, resolving order/invoice issues, and updating clients on delivery and project statuses
- Ensure all work aligns with company standards, policies, and procedures, including Health & Safety compliance and maintaining confidentiality

Skills & Experience
- Organised and methodical, with strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively across teams and with diverse stakeholders
- Self-motivated and able to work independently within defined responsibilities; must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle for site visits as required
- Previous experience in sales or business administration advantageous
- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) in English, Maths, and ICT, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
