Role Description
The Sales Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative and sales support to the dealership team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vehicle orders and related documentation.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Preparing sales paperwork
- Updating internal systems
- Liaising with sales consultants, finance partners, and customers
- Coordinating vehicle deliveries and registrations
- Maintaining records
- Producing reports
- Supporting customer communication
- Ensuring compliance with business and manufacturer processes
This is a full-time, on-site role based at the Drayton Motors dealership in Boston, working closely with colleagues to deliver a smooth and professional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
- Candidates should possess Order Processing and Administrative Assistance skills to manage documentation, data entry, and vehicle sales workflows accurately.
- Candidates should possess Sales support skills to assist the sales team with quotations, follow-ups, and coordination of the sales process.
- Comfort with standard office software (e.g., MS Office or similar) and dealership management systems is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are essential.
- Previous experience in automotive retail, administration, or a similar customer-facing environment is advantageous, but full training will be provided.
- A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn brand and product knowledge will support success in this role.
