We're recruiting a Sales Administrator to join our small but hungry team.

Clara exists to make offices awesome places to work. Think pick 'n' mix stands, yoga sessions, therapy puppies. But behind every awesome office is chaos: dozens of suppliers, spreadsheets and endless email chains. Clara is aiming to fix that. One platform for everything an office buys, books and organises. Our customers are ambitious London companies, and we're building the platform every office runs on.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll sit at the centre of everything, making sure quotes, orders, suppliers and deliveries move smoothly from start to finish. Simple: things get done, fast, and nobody has to chase you. Customers should feel like nothing is ever a hassle.

And we're AI first. The long way round is banned. Drafting emails, comparing prices, researching suppliers, tidying data: your first thought is always "how do I get AI to do this for me?"

- Together once a week in Leeds, otherwise we tend to work from home
- Regular team lunches and trips out, Yorkshire Sculpture Park being a recent one
- Customers are all in London, so expect trips down to meet clients like TikTok
