Hours
Full time: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8.30am – 6pm and Tuesday, Thursday 8.30am – 5:30pm
About The Role
Our Administrator will manage the day-to-day processing of paperwork and payments for the auction along with dealing with customers both face to face and on the telephone. You will provide clerical support in a fast-moving environment ensuring vehicles are booked into stock accurately and all documentation is checked thoroughly.
Day-to-day duties
- Data Entry – booking vehicles into stock accurately
- Payments
- Serve customers both face to face at the counter and on the telephone
- Prepare and match up all vehicle documentation
- Deal with any queries via email or telephone
- Filing
- Update reports
- Engage with all departments to meet auction schedule
- General administration duties as and when required

Essential Skills
- A high level of accuracy and ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literate with good grasp of Word, Outlook and Excel
- Enjoy working with the public, both face to face and on the telephone
- The confidence to work independently and also as part of a big team
- Well-organised with the ability to ensure all deadlines and tasks are completed
