About us
Network Talent partner with some of the most exciting brands across the technology space to build high performing B2B sales teams across the UK, US & Europe.
We are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator who will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and attracting high-quality candidates across a range of sales roles.
The position will also involve providing general administrative support, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
The successful candidate will benefit from comprehensive training, along with the flexibility to work remotely. This role requires attendance at our Surrey office once every fortnight.

Role and Responsibilities
- Sourcing appropriate candidates via channels including LinkedIn, CRM database and incoming referrals
- Use advanced search techniques (Boolean search) to find relevant sales candidates
- Writing & posting engaging job adverts to attract the right talent
- Helping build the Network Talent brand via social media channels
- Assisting the sales team with database administration
- Daily loading of information into the CRM system
- Produce target lists for the sales team when needed
- Assist the sales team with invoices, customer presentations & emails
- Upkeep of the Network Talent website

What we need from you
- Well organised, likeable & coachable
- A strong command of spelling, grammar, and writing
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commutable to Surrey once per fortnight
- Any sales admin, admin or recruitment experience is a plus
