About the Role
Greenhous DAF is looking for an organised and detail-focused Sales Administrator to join our team at our Coven site. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working in a busy environment and supporting a team.
As a Sales Administrator, you’ll provide essential administrative support to the sales department, helping to ensure vehicle orders, customer information, and sales documentation are processed accurately and efficiently.
Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm, i.e. 37.5 hours per week, 30 minutes lunch break (unpaid).
Salary
- Dependent on experience, will be discussed at interview stage
Key Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the DAF Sales team.
- Processing vehicle orders and maintaining accurate sales records.
- Preparing and processing sales documentation and customer paperwork.
- Updating internal systems with vehicle, customer, and order information.
- Liaising with customers to obtain and confirm required information.
- Supporting the sales team with vehicle invoicing and delivery administration.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure vehicles are prepared and delivered on time.
- Assisting with registration and relevant vehicle documentation.
- Responding to customer and internal enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is completed correctly.
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties as required.

Ideal Candidate
Ideally, we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a sales administration or general administration role is desirable.
- Automotive or commercial vehicle experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively.
- Professional and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn.
