Job Overview
We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-driven Sales Administrator to support our dealership’s sales operations.
This is a key role within the business, ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of vehicle sales, maintaining essential documentation and providing administrative support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process vehicle orders, invoices and associated documentation within required timeframes.
- Maintain and update customer records using CRM systems, ensuring all information is current and compliant.
- Organise and manage all paperwork relating to vehicle sales, including contracts, registration documents and correspondence.
- Support sales initiatives by assisting with data analysis, reporting and administrative tasks.
- Maintain clear, accurate and well-organised records of sales activity and customer interactions.

Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in a sales administration or dealership administration role is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, as well as experience using CRM platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to prioritise workload effectively and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- A customer-focused approach, with previous customer service experience beneficial.
- Confidence working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Experience
A minimum of one year’s experience in automotive sales or service administration is required.
