Our client is an established manufacturing company in West Yorkshire, and we are working exclusively with them to add a dedicated Sales Administrator to join their close-knit team. This is a rare opportunity to become part of a fantastic small but successful team. They are a wonderful, supportive, and wholesome group who genuinely enjoy each other's company both inside and outside of work.

The Role:

Your main purpose will be to support the sales team by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining regular communication with clients and the wider team.

Your key duties will include:

  • Acting as a key contact for assigned international clients.
  • Processing new customer orders and issuing invoices/credit notes accurately.
  • Creating new products in the system and processing essential export documentation.
  • Attending weekly production meetings to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • Providing complete customer service and building strong, lasting relationships.

The Person:

To be considered, it is essential that you have a proven record of providing exceptional customer service, be an excellent communicator with the ability to liaise with people at all levels, and have a high attention to detail.

The right person for the team will also be:

  • Mature in approach, adaptable, and a true team player.
  • Experienced in a customer service or administrative role (export experience is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided).
  • Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledgeable of international export documents (an advantage, but not essential).
