We’re working with a successful, growing family-run business on the outskirts of Leeds who are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their friendly team. This is a varied role where you’ll work closely with a team of Account Managers, supporting them with day-to-day administration while also being a key point of contact for customers.
The Role
You’ll be working in a busy, customer-focused environment, handling a high volume of enquiries and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Processing customer orders accurately using internal systems
- Preparing shipping and carrier documentation
- Handling a high volume of inbound calls and customer enquiries
- Managing sales and customer service emails
- Supporting with customer queries and resolving issues where possible
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Account Management team
- Monitoring and helping to improve online customer reviews
- Checking retailer websites and reporting any errors or inconsistencies
- Supporting the wider sales team with general administration

About You
We’re looking for someone who is organised, confident and customer-focused, with previous administration experience and a great telephone manner.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a busy customer or sales environment
- Experience handling a high volume of inbound calls
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Experience dealing with customers and providing a high level of service
- Previous experience processing orders and/or supporting a sales or account management team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- A friendly and approachable personality with the ability to build strong working relationships
