Overview

As a Sales Administrator at UNiDAYS, you’ll play a vital role in the New Business team’s success. You’ll make an impact by supporting the smooth running of daily operations and new partner launches, managing conferences and hospitality events, and championing data integrity across the team.

EXPERIENCE

What we need you to have done

  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stay on top of competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A confident communicator who enjoys working with different people and can build positive relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving problems and getting things done.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and processes, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and ask questions when needed.
  • An interest in events, partnerships, or commercial teams, but no previous experience is required. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, enthusiasm, and eagerness to learn.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, Google Sheets/Excel, and handling data (previous Salesforce experience is a bonus).

RESPONSIBILITIES

What we need you to do

  • Sales Performance & Launch Operations: Support daily new business sales operations by performing post-launch checks, managing asset collections, and monitoring affiliate performance. Ensure data integrity in tracking systems and support the team to onboard new partners and book marketing campaigns.
  • Marketing & Campaign Support: Act as the primary liaison between internal marketing teams and partners. Manage campaign briefings, maintain marketing trackers, coordinate asset/guideline delivery, and facilitate the creative review process for new partner launch campaigns.
  • Event Coordination & Management: End-to-end management of B2B conferences, and new business hospitality events. This includes venue/photographer sourcing, negotiating pricing, managing event portals, handling attendee lists, and overseeing logistics like stand design and merchandise production.
  • Events Optimisation: Deliver proactive event planning, budget tracking, and performance evaluation to ensure optimisation for future new business events.
  • Administration: Support pipeline hygiene by updating Salesforce and other new business reporting methods (Google Sheets/Excel). Conduct daily tracking and performance monitoring, in addition to supporting finance and billing operations, related to new partnerships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
