You'll play a key role in ensuring our sales processes run smoothly by supporting deal progression, maintaining accurate commercial data, coordinating internal stakeholders, and delivering an exceptional experience for both our customers and Sales team.

Working closely with Sales, Legal, Delivery, Finance and Operations, you'll take ownership of critical sales administration activities that enable revenue to flow efficiently from opportunity through to order and delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Manage deal and order creation across our CRM platforms, ensuring all information is accurate, complete and compliant.
  • Prepare contract variations and review completed orders before submission, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Coordinate bespoke pricing, off-net solution and legal support requests, working with internal teams to ensure timely completion.
  • Own the accuracy of commercial pricing across CRM systems, APIs and customer rate cards, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Create and maintain customer specific rate cards where required, supporting accurate commercial proposals and contracts.
  • Coordinate customer portal onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new customers.
  • Support the management of customer order escalations, working closely with Delivery and Operational teams to drive timely resolution.
  • Monitor sales support requests and proactively follow up on outstanding actions, including requests from senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure Closed Won opportunities are accurately reflected across CRM systems, working with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain reporting integrity.
  • Support sales meetings, customer events and wider commercial initiatives where required.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve sales processes, documentation and system accuracy to support a scalable and efficient sales operation.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
