Job Introduction
Pentagon Motor Group are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join a busy, highly motivated, Sales Administration Hub at our Oldham Dealership.

What Will You Be Doing?
Every Day Duties Will Include
- Working closely with the Sales Consultants and processing all relevant paperwork for sold vehicles including, Purchase paperwork, Registration and Licensing documentation, and Finance Contracts.
- Maintaining accurate sales department records and systems.
- Ensuring all documentation is stored, processed and archived in accordance with Pentagon Motor Group Policies and Procedures.
- Adhering to GDPR policies.
- Supporting other team members in their duties.
Working hours for this role are Monday - Friday 0830am - 1700pm.
Who Are We Looking for?
The ideal candidate MUST;
- Have previous experience working in an Administration role.
- Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Be highly organised and take a methodical approach to their workload.
- Demonstrate good computer skills and work to a high level of accuracy.
- Be able to build and maintain good working relationships.
- Show a positive, can-do attitude.

Previous experience working in a Sales Administration role would be advantageous for this role.
