Sales Administrator – Hybrid Working
Bristol | £30,000 | Full Training & Career Progression
If you’re looking for an administration role that offers more than spreadsheets, filing, and watching the clock, this could be the opportunity for you.
We’re recruiting a Sales Administrator to join a friendly, supportive team within a successful and growing organisation. You’ll be involved in everything from preparing customer quotations and coordinating projects to supporting marketing campaigns and speaking with clients.
It’s a varied role where you’ll receive plenty of training, learn how different areas of the business work, and have genuine opportunities to develop your career.
What will you be doing?
- Preparing quotations and commercial proposals for customers
- Liaising with clients and responding to enquiries
- Keeping customer information and CRM systems up to date
- Coordinating contracts, applications, and project information
- Researching prospective customers
- Helping to create email campaigns, case studies, and company news
- Producing monthly reports
- Supporting the wider sales and project teams
- Suggesting ways to improve systems and working practices

What are we looking for?
You don’t need to know everything from day one—the company will provide plenty of training and support.
You will ideally have some experience in administration, customer service, or sales support, together with:
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A confident and friendly communication style
- Good written English
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A positive, enthusiastic, and dependable approach
- The confidence to ask questions and contribute ideas
- A genuine desire to learn and progress
