Sales and Marketing Coordinator
The Chris Lewis Group are looking for a sales administrator. We are the largest independent fire and security company in the region and offer excellent career prospects and a rewarding and exciting work environment.
We work for prestigious clients like the University of Oxford, Royal Palaces and County Councils.

Due to the Company's continued success, we are looking to expand our sales and marketing activities and to support the sales team we need an enthusiastic sales and marketing coordinator with an entrepreneurial mindset to be part of the sales teams growth and marketing activities.
Within our group we provide installation and maintenance of fire alarm, security system and smart home systems.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be a dynamic and detail-orientated person, who is willing to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our Sales Team. Your exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask will be key in coordinating sales activities, managing administration and providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing quotes, invoices, and other sales-related documents
- Qualifying sales leads to pass to the sales team
- Maintaining customer records
- Interacting with customers through a CRM and over the phone
- Assisting in reporting and pipeline management for the sales team
- Helping our Key Account Managers organise events
- Sales enablement and development β collateral
- Manage the new occupier process for sending out letters and following up to see if people want to renew
- Write up offers for people to renew multi-year licenses
- Maintain accurate source of lead records and a healthy CRM
- Support with Marketing Campaign Management
We're looking for:
A dynamic, creative, and results-driven individual.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation software.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A keen sense for industry trends and a passion for technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office programs and email management
- Detail orientated.
