We're looking for a confident, friendly and organised Sales Administrator to join our growing team!

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, building positive relationships with customers and handling calls and enquiries with confidence, warmth and professionalism.

You'll support our Shared Ownership sales process by managing incoming queries, progressing legal documentation for signing and sealing, and helping to ensure every customer interaction reflects the high standards we set as a team.

Your day-to-day work will also involve:

  • Processing purchase orders and invoices
  • Taking reservation payments
  • Updating internal systems
  • Liaising with various departments to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes
  • Being in regular contact with senior stakeholders and our legal teams to help support key milestones in the sales journey

Some Things We Need From You

  • Experience in a sales administration role, with a strong focus on working closely with customers
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence communicating effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all aspects of your work
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • An engaging and professional telephone manner, with the ability to handle customer enquiries effectively

This is a home-based role, with a requirement to travel to Group offices and other locations for meetings, training and other business needs as required. You'll also be required to attend our Birmingham Business Park office on a weekly basis to support the team with contracts and leases.
