Sales Administrator - Fixed Term Contract
Love keeping things organised and making sure everything runs smoothly? We’re looking for someone to join our brilliant Space Homes Sales Team on a fixed term contract as a Sales Administrator. You’ll be the backbone of our operations - handling everything from customer records and data management to liaising with solicitors and estate agents. You’ll be supporting our customers through one of life’s biggest milestones, helping ensure their homebuying journey is smooth, professional and stress-free. All while working in a team that’s proud to make things happen.
What we’re all about
You can probably already tell that we’re not your typical housing provider! With around 20,000 homes (and more in the pipeline), we’re on track with our growth plan to build 8,000 new homes across Yorkshire.
You’ll be joining Yorkshire Housing’s very own sales brand, Space Homes - a creative and driven team with a strong commercial focus. They’re all about making the most of every opportunity, whether it’s selling new builds or existing homes for Market Sale or Shared Ownership. The income they generate goes straight back into Yorkshire Housing, helping us invest in our homes, services and communities.
For a lot of our customers, you’ll be their first impression of Yorkshire Housing and Space Homes, so you’ll need to feel confident taking phone calls and bring plenty of enthusiasm for sales!
What will you be doing?
As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be a friendly and reliable point of contact for customers throughout their Shared Ownership journey. You’ll help them understand every stage, from their first enquiry and application right through to reservation, completion and moving into their new home.
You’ll work closely with Sales Officers, mortgage brokers, financial advisers and teams across the business, providing accurate and proactive support to keep every sale moving smoothly. It’s a varied role where your great customer service, eye for detail and organisational skills will help you stay on top of records, paperwork, appointments, payments and internal systems.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
