About the Role

Move Sales & Lettings are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated individual who would enjoy being part of our team based at our Award-Winning Estate Agency in our Gloucester Office. With consistent market growth and exceptional customer satisfaction, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Description

The role being advertised is to assist our busy sales team by way of an administrative role. Duties will vary, but include:

  • Registering applicants
  • Data entry
  • Dealing with clients
  • Answering the telephone
  • General office duties
  • Assisting other offices where necessary

Please note - this is an office-based role.

Requirements

The successful applicant will have:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage property listings, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurately presented across various platforms.
  • Coordinate property viewings, liaising between prospective buyers and our agents.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing prompt and informative responses.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales contracts and other relevant documentation.
  • Maintain organised records of all properties, transactions, and client communications.
  • Support the sales teams in administrative tasks, including diary management and meeting coordination.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be given.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in using software

Salary: £21,000-£26,500 Per Annum DOE + Uncapped Commission

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
