Liberty Towers is recruiting for a growing FinTech business based in London Bridge that is looking for a Sales Team Administrator to support its commercial and business development team.
This is a varied role for someone who is organized, personable, and enjoys being at the centre of a busy sales environment.
Our client is looking for someone that is bright, organized, confident in communicating with people, and has a genuine interest in business, sales, and financial services.
You will provide day-to-day support to the sales and business development team, helping them stay organized and ensuring clients, prospects, and internal colleagues receive a professional service.

Responsibilities
- Supporting the sales and business development team with day-to-day administration
- Maintaining accurate client and prospect information
- Helping organize meetings, calls, and follow-up activity
- Preparing presentations, documents, and basic reports
- Managing diaries and coordinating internal and external meetings
- Assisting with client events and industry events
- Helping with travel arrangements and expenses
- Responding to general enquiries and directing requests to the appropriate person
- Working closely with colleagues across the wider business
- Providing general administrative support wherever required
Requirements
- Highly organized with good attention to detail
- Confident and professional when speaking with clients and colleagues
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment
- Able to manage several tasks and priorities at the same time
- Competent with Microsoft Office
- Interest in financial services, FinTech, sales, or business development
- Positive, proactive, and willing to learn
