Sales Administrator

We are hiring! at Langstone Supplies, a subsidiary of Supply Technologies, specializes in supplier selection and management, planning, implementing, managing the physical flow of product for world-class international manufacturing companies, and servicing customers in the various markets.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this fast-paced role, you'll be working closely with both the Sales and Purchasing teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You'll manage customer enquiries, process and track orders, and provide essential administrative support to keep the sales office running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and playing a key role in ensuring seamless customer service and operational success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer enquiries via email and telephone, ensuring a professional and responsive service while understanding and addressing customer requirements.
  • Process and manage customer orders from receipt through to warehouse fulfilment, print and embroidery stages, and final despatch, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Office, maintaining accurate records and assisting with day-to-day operational activities.
  • Any other duties as defined by management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales support, sales administration, or customer service role, preferably within a similar industry (non-cold-calling environment).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Professional and confident telephone manner with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service focus, with the ability to build positive relationships and respond effectively to customer needs.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Well-organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Reliable with excellent timekeeping and a proven record of consistent attendance.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
