PART TIME SALES ADMINISTRATOR
July 2026
Impamark is a highly successful family promotional merchandise business that has been operating for 57 years. Based in Burnham on Crouch in Essex, we have customers that we have retained for over 30 years. We believe our vision, creativity, and customer care has created a very personal and special ‘one stop’ shop for all things branded.
Our client base is incredibly varied, and the successful applicant will find that this job role reflects that. We are passionate about the industry in which we work, and in particular with regards to the effects that we have on the environment and the future of our planet. We are working towards a more ethical and sustainable supply chain and are looking for a creative and outgoing part-time sales administrator whom we can add to our experienced team to help us make this a reality.
Job Description
- General office & administrative duties
- Preparing quotations
- Processing of sales and purchase orders
- Customer Service
- Liaising with suppliers for pricing
- Phone contact with new and existing customers
- Using our CRM system to keep client base, supplier base, and products updated
- Sending out catalogues, letters, or samples
- Answering the phone & sending emails when required
- Assist with mailshots and email shots and general marketing campaigns
- Supporting the current sales team
- Assist the sales team with preparing for meetings and exhibitions etc.

Requirements
- At least 3 years previous telephone sales support and customer service/admin experience
- Experience gained in a fast-paced environment within the promotional merchandise or print industry would be advantageous
- Able to prioritise and manage several tasks at once
- Excellent communication both written and verbal with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Self-motivated and dynamic personality
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- You must have good organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a lover of the minutiae
- Someone who wants to give 100% client satisfaction and provide high levels of customer service
- You will be computer literate with good keyboard skills and CRM experience
- Reliable and trustworthy with a flexible approach to working
- Experience of working within a small team
- Bookkeeping experience would be an advantage, although not essential
Training
- Full training on our own CRM system and internal processes will be given
- Opportunities to take BPMA industry qualifications to extend knowledge will also be available
- Initial full company product knowledge training
- Full company support & back-up provided
- Additional offsite training will be given if required
- Supplier On-Site Training Days

PAY & HOURS
- Minimum 25 hours a week, flexible for the successful candidate
- Hours: Monday – Friday - 09.30 a.m. – 2.30 p.m.
- From £16,600, dependent on experience and hours to be agreed
STARTING DATE
ASAP

- 28 days' holiday (pro rata), with some leave to be taken during our Christmas shutdown between Christmas and New Year.
