Pear Recruitment - Sales Administrator

Location - Totteridge

Salary - £27,000 - £32,000

Hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

Our client is seeking a highly organised and motivated Property Administrator to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident professional who takes pride in their work and is looking to make a meaningful contribution to a well-established and respected agency.

With service at the heart of their business, the Sales Administrator will assist the team in the smooth running of the office, taking over all administrative duties along with progressing files. Along with your solid work history in property administration, you will be personable, responsible, and conscientious.

Overview of some of your duties:

  • Preparing sales documentation, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors throughout the sales process.
  • Establishing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Promoting the company brand professionally and effectively.
  • Working autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Optimise every opportunity to secure valuations and to obtain Instructions.
  • Supporting the team in achieving departmental targets by delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Deliver regular updates to all clients offering advice and recommendations.
  • Keeping up to date with the local property market, agents’ listings, and market trends.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and current property legislation.
