We’re partnered with an established education and training provider looking for a proactive Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, personable professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, keeping processes moving smoothly, and delivering an outstanding onboarding experience. You'll work closely with employers and apprentices to guide them seamlessly from the point of sale through to final enrolment.
What you'll do
- Act as the main point of contact for employers and apprentices throughout their onboarding journey
- Build positive, professional relationships and provide guidance, updates, and prompt support
- Identify where employers or apprentices need extra support and help them overcome barriers to enrolment
- Create new learner records within Aptem and manage apprenticeship funding via the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS)
- Send employment documentation for electronic signature and track onboarding progress
- Proactively chase outstanding documents and actions via phone and email until all requirements are complete
- Maintain accurate system notes and internal trackers, escalating enrolments at risk of delay
- Prepare fully completed files for a seamless handover to the core Administration Team
- Track key metrics including onboarding speed, record accuracy, response times, and customer satisfaction

What we're looking for
- Previous administration or customer service experience with an excellent telephone manner
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Highly organised with high attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident using Microsoft Office, CRM/learner systems, and digital administrative tools
- Persistent, proactive, and resilient—comfortable following up regularly to achieve outcomes
- Customer-focused and naturally approachable with a desire to help people succeed

Nice to have
- Prior experience within apprenticeships or the education sector
- Hands-on knowledge of the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS)
- Experience using Aptem or another learner management system (LMS)
- Previous experience in sales support, account management, or onboarding roles
