If you enjoy bringing order to busy workloads and making sure nothing slips through the cracks, this Sales Administrator opportunity will give you the chance to play a vital role within a growing technology business where your contribution is genuinely valued.

You'll become a key part of a collaborative team, ensuring quotations, orders and customer communications are handled accurately and efficiently while helping to deliver an outstanding customer experience from enquiry through to delivery.

Your responsibilities as Sales Administrator

  • Prepare accurate quotations, checking pricing, product information and availability
  • Process customer orders and track them through to successful delivery
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, stock availability, lead times and deliveries
  • Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email, providing timely updates
  • Maintain accurate information across CRM, ERP and internal systems while producing reports and resolving order-related queries
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and reduce administration errors

What we're looking for in a Sales Administrator

  • Previous experience within sales administration, sales support, order processing, customer service or account support
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience using CRM, ERP or order management systems
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately
  • Experience working within technology, IT, software, managed services, distribution or reseller environments would be advantageous
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
