Sales Administrator – Retirement Living

About the Role
As a Sales Administrator, you will be part of our Retirement Living team, providing administrative support across the sales process and helping ensure a smooth experience for residents, families and the wider team.
This is a full-time, 6-month maximum-term opportunity based at our Norwest office, offering hybrid working arrangements and flexible working hours.
Your role will include supporting sales compliance and documentation, contract management, data entry, reporting and maintaining accurate resident records. You’ll respond to enquiries, prepare documents and spreadsheets, assist with sales and occupancy reporting and provide general administrative support to the team.

You’ll also assist with processes relating to resident entry and exit, ingoing contributions and contracts, while supporting the team to identify opportunities to improve processes across the end-to-end sales journey.
About You
You’re an organised and detail-oriented administrator who enjoys working collaboratively and providing a high level of customer service.
You communicate confidently, can manage multiple priorities and deadlines and take pride in ensuring your work is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
Previous experience in office administration is essential. We’re also looking for:
- Post-secondary qualifications in a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Sound computer skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- Excellent numeracy skills, with experience in banking and reconciliations highly regarded
