The Role
We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated Sales Administrator to support our busy and growing sales team. This is a varied and integral role within the business, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of sales operations across order processing, supplier coordination, and customer service in both UK and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer purchase orders and sales documentation
- Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, and general administration
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly via phone and email
- Maintain and update customer records, pricing, and product data
- Raise purchase orders with suppliers and monitor delivery timelines
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners for order fulfilment
- Track order progress and proactively resolve issues or delays
- Collaborate with internal teams including production, logistics, and finance
- Support export and international order processes where required
- Produce sales reports and provide general administrative support
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail, particularly in data entry and order processing
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
