Sales Administrator
As a Sales Administrator, you'll handle the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep the sales team running smoothly. Based in Fife this retail-focused role ensures orders, enquiries, and customer communications are managed efficiently and accurately.

This role is with a company in the retail industry based in Fife.
Description
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation.
- Maintain and update customer records and databases.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Prepare sales reports and assist with tracking sales performance.
- Handle general office duties to support the team's efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain strong client relationships.

Profile
A successful Sales Administrator should have:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
- A positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.

Job Offer
- A permanent position with a competitive salary dependent on the level of experience (£27,000-£30,000)
