Sales Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join a well-established car dealership, providing vehicle sales, servicing, repairs and parts support to customers across the region.
As a Sales Administrator, you will be supporting the sales team by managing vehicle sales administration, documentation, customer records and day-to-day office processes.
This full-time role offers salary range of A GBP 25,000 - A GBP 26,000 and benefits.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Processing vehicle sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing customer and vehicle-related paperwork.
- Supporting vehicle registrations and invoicing.
- Maintaining accurate stock records and sales systems.
- Providing administrative assistance to the sales team.
- Liaising with customers, finance providers and suppliers.
- Ensuring paperwork is complete and meets internal procedures.
- Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally.
- Welcoming customers and providing a helpful service.
- Maintaining accurate filing and office records.

What We Are Looking For
- Previously worked as an Administrator or in a similar role.
- A willingness to learn and develop a long-term career.
- Skilled in using computers and Microsoft Office.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service abilities.
- Previous office or customer service experience would be beneficial.
