Our client, a reputable supplier of high-quality cleaning supplies and equipment based in Castle Donnington, is looking to recruit a Customer focussed Sales Administrator to join their team. As Sales Administrator, you will have a customer excellence mindset, and play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of their sales efforts. You will be responsible for processing orders, maintaining customer records, and providing customer support. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Order Processing: Accurately input and process customer orders from the Sales Inbox or inbound phone calls, ensuring timely delivery and fulfilment
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, escalating where necessary, resolving issues, and provide information on products and services
- Record Maintenance: Maintain and update customer records, including contact details, and account information
- Communication: Liaise between customers, sales team, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Proactive Customer Support: Contact Bronze customers to share promotions, check dispenser status, and find growth opportunities

Requirements
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with order processing systems and CRM software
- Detail-oriented and able to work accurately under pressure
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team
Benefits
- Salary £30,000- £32,000
- Profit related bonus
- Hours 07.30am-4.30pm Monday- Friday
