Role Responsibilities
As we continue to expand and grow, we are looking for a self-motivated, confident and professional Sales Administrator to join our team. This is a key role as their support to the Sales Team will help achieving targets and deadlines. They will be responsible for ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner whilst delivering an exceptional standard of customer service. This is a busy and fast-paced role which would suit someone who has previous sales administration experience. You will be liaising with Sales Managers and Directors but also with various Departments and teams within our worldwide Group. You will make direct contact with customers to answer enquiries and/or resolve order queries so you will need a polite, professional and confident manner.

- Ability to work from office based in Salfords, Redhill
- Working closely with the Sales Director in all aspects of customer and distributor contact providing administrative support through the full sales lifecycle
- Creating, editing and managing sales paperwork for Order Processing
- Liaising with various departments of our worldwide groups for technical queries, order processing and follow up
- Providing help and problem solving on Sales Orders, amendments and/or cancellations
- Liaising with Sales Operations/Logistics/Service and Projects departments to provide key information to customers and/or distributors
- Liaising with factories across the world for key sales information
- Managing the upkeep of our opportunity system record using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Assisting with paperwork required for tenders
- Creating, editing and managing quotes
- Working with marketing to help create and maintain promotional documents
- Willingness to grow the role and begin to take ownership of sales in the future for certain product groups

- Must demonstrate clear communication skills both verbal and written
- Demonstrate behaviour consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business
- Some travel may be expected in UK and across Europe
- Sometimes may need to join virtual calls outside of the traditional 9am – 5pm timelines

Candidate Requirements
- Experience of working with computerised systems essential
- Experience of Sales CRM
- Confidence and experience in learning new in-house IT systems for various sales administrative tasks
- Able to work on their own initiative and take responsibility for meeting deadlines and prioritising workload
- Must have high organisation skills
- Must have strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Advantageous if they have experience in a sales office environment
- Advantageous if worked for a global company before
- Advantageous if have provided administrative duties for Europe region
- Being able to speak additional European languages would also be an advantage
