Role Description
The Sales Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Glasgow Area. This position supports the sales team by managing customer enquiries, processing vehicle orders, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM and internal systems.

The role involves responding to customer queries by phone and email, following up on leads, and ensuring a professional, efficient customer experience. The Sales Administrator will also assist with general office administration, reporting, and continuous improvement of sales processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to manage enquiries, provide updates, and build positive relationships with customers and partners.
- Proficiency in Order Processing and Administrative Assistance to handle documentation, data entry, scheduling, and record-keeping accurately.
- Solid understanding of Sales processes, including lead follow-up, quotation preparation, and supporting the sales team with day-to-day activities.
- Good IT skills, including experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook), and basic data management.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team setting, using initiative and problem-solving skills to support a smooth customer journey.
- Previous experience in automotive, leasing, or a similar customer-focused industry is beneficial but not essential.
- Relevant education or training in business administration, customer service, or a related field is an advantage.
