Job Description
Role Overview
To provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring the efficient processing of customer orders, accurate maintenance of sales records, and delivery of excellent customer service. The role will also be responsible for coordinating customer repairs and service requirements, acting as a key liaison between customers, sales, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer quotations, orders, contracts, and related documentation.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and provide timely updates.
- Coordinate customer repairs, quotations, returns, collections, and shipments.
- Monitor orders from receipt through delivery and coordinate with Operations, Production, Logistics, and Finance.
- Maintain accurate customer, sales, order, and repair records.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate where necessary.
- Support invoicing, dispatch, general administration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.

Skills & Competencies
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-focused and proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems.

Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service, Order Management, or a similar role.
- Experience managing customer orders and administrative processes.
- Strong IT and communication skills.
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
