Sales Administrator
Package:
£28,000-£32,000 basic salary
Location:
Northampton
Hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:00am-5:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am-3:00pm
Clover Talent are working with a growing business finance brokerage to find an experienced Sales Administrator to support the sales team and keep deals moving from proposal through to payout.
This is a key role within the business, supporting the brokerage team with the administration and progression of live commercial finance deals. The successful candidate will have direct experience working within a commercial finance brokerage or lender.
The role:
- Support the sales team in progressing commercial finance deals from proposal through to payout
- Prepare, raise and manage deal documentation
- Liaise with lenders, clients and internal teams to progress applications
- Obtain outstanding information and documentation to keep deals moving
- Maintain accurate CRM and deal records
- Check applications and documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate the final stages of deals through to completion and payout
- Manage multiple live deals while maintaining accuracy and pace
- Provide wider administrative support to the sales and brokerage team

What we're looking for:
- Direct experience working within a commercial finance brokerage or lender
- Previous experience in sales administration, deal support or a similar role
- Good understanding of the commercial finance deal process
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with lenders, clients and colleagues
- Commercially minded with a strong work ethic
- Proactive, reliable and able to take ownership of your workload
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple live deals
