Job Description
IF Solutions Ltd, one of the UK's leading suppliers of promotional merchandise, is looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our Internal Sales Administration team.
Experience in this role is preferred, but not essential, as you will be given training throughout your first 6 months which will ensure you are well equipped for the role.
About the Role
Working as part of our experienced sales team in Halesfield, Telford (TF7), you will:
- Liaise with clients and suppliers
- Prepare and send quotations
- Convert enquiries into orders
- Place orders with suppliers
- Provide excellent customer service and sales administration support

What We're Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Previous sales administration or B2B sales experience preferred
